Birthday is over

edit: realized this is kinda long. Oh well if you’re not interested, don’t read it ;)

I had a fun and exciting birthday! Started out last night at the lan just kicking it with a bunch of random people then I went to sleep and woke up at noon. Adam called and we went to lunch at Red Robin. Our waitress announced to the whole restaurant that it was my birthday and then the all sang to me. It was pretty fun. After that I chilled in my room and watched a couple of episodes of house (I’m through ep 12 now). I was waiting to head out to Mr. Nething’s house for the previously scheduled BBQ (He called yesterday to set it up). It was Jim, Kira, Frank, Arlene, my Dad and I. It a very nice time especially due to the life of the party: Snickers and Scout (see previous video).

At the Net’s (Frank and Arlene’s house) we chit-chatted and had some nice hamburgers and the like and watched the dogs play with eachother and had a great time. Jim and Kira gave me some nice Guinness Glasses and a Guinness framed picture/poster thing to hang on my wall, pretty cool. Frank and Arlene got me a cake (see below) and it was super tasty.

My Dad and I left around 9:30 and headed home. My Mom got home around 11:00 and I opened my gifts. I got several nice pairs of shorts, a new polo shirt and an air conditioner for my room here in Vancouver. It’ll be a nice cool summer now!

My brother got me and exhaust for my S-10 that we had trouble with and had to replace. We ended up putting a Cherry Bomb glasspack muffler on there and it sounds super sexy. Once I get my new intake from chrome intakes it’ll be even better. High flow intake and low restriction muffler for better performance and gas mileage.

To add icing to the cake (pun intended) I got tons of phone calls, text messages, voicemail, aim messages and facebook wall-writes wishing me a happy bday. It’s nice to know so many people are thinking of me!

Overall I had a really fun birthday and was able to spend a lot of time with my family and friends.
